I’m hot and sweaty and totally at peace. I love hiking. I love pondering at the next to upper Zen spot. These things won’t change. I’ll still be there, thinking of you.

Podcast Recap

Today is the ‘The Last Call’ because our next episode, Day 120, will be the final produced episode in the series. My reasons, the details and early reactions. The benefits of self awareness vs. self control. Update on how I’m doing letting go of eating before eating. Comment conversations from Dawny, eM, Dave and me from day 118. ‘Food Speaks’, a poetic blog post I wrote for Laurie’s Stories. Then the real time blog post where I decided midway through writing it to let go of the show and some early reaction comments from Dawny, eM, Cheryl, Amy from WI and Suz. A lovely new 5 star iTunes review from vivid_sketches.

Very lovely last call. You sound very happy & fulfilled Laurie. I REALLLLLLY enjoyed your reading of the potato chip calling. Sure gave me some reflective thinking I’m going to begin using right away!

I hope life is finding/treating everyone of us happy…healthy….wealthy…lovely & well

Hugs Dawny! You make me SO happy that you liked my potato chip poem reading. I had a lot of fun doing that, and it points toward what I will be doing more of in future. Mark and I have been having some fun early morning bike rides to beat the heat, and are planning to go up to Ventura for a couple of days. I’m excited to ride by the ocean again and ‘let the housework go’. xoxoxox

yay for you living an active life.. its awesome to be free enough to enjoy life eh??

I too am exploring living more, letting go a little of the obsessions in my life, it sure makes a difference..

the Sunday couch sitting/movie watching, it’s hard some-times feeling like I ‘should’ be or ‘need’ to be doing something else, or productive… always reading a ‘self-help’ book, or chasing this ‘need’ ‘should’ ‘oughta’ or the magical this and that…

        aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh to be freeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I hope you enjoy your vacation…

and I look forward to any/all blogs/shows/readings, or whatever you decide to share =-)

Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness in making me a cairn of prayer rocks. It’s so lovely just to know someone is wishing me well.
