Wowow. What a beautiful truck miss Laurie. Congrats. Uh. I think. The price. Payment. Not so much. I truly feel your pains there. Ugh. Hopefully the rewards you reap help off set that.
I ‘prefer’ to like you make the most of what I have.

Laurie it seems your not alone in that eating more than exercising less club. Ugh. Reeling it in. Or trying.

Yahoooo I also welcome our newest BC Jeanette!! We looooooove new friends!!!!

I want to be one of Jenn Hand’s ‘The Normal Eaters Club’ members. Yes please. !!!!!!

I contracted a cold a week ago. The cough is hanging on hanging on. Oh my. Grrrrrrr

I’ll consider it ironic that I’ve NEVER gotten a flu shot before but did in October and have been sick twice since. Not that sort of sick but none the less. Grrrrrrr.

I hope everyone is doing grand.

I struggle with tracking. Idk why. Maybe I was too rigid over the top with it for too long. I’m on this path of eating when I’m only truly hungry. And just enough. I’m not perfect nor do I think I ever will be. Ive taken to journaling when I’m overly compelled to eat but I’m truly not hungry. I’ve learned a bit about myself. A bit about my habits. And a lot about things I seem to want to distract from. Interesting thinklings for sure!! I’m hoping to get something from this and find a peaceful place if nothing else?!?

I love you gal and am so thankful for you and this special place.

Hi Dawny! Yes, I was just pondering on the topic of ‘how the HECK do you make getting a brand new friggin’ truck into a downside?” LOL. Fear my dear, fear of change. Hmmm, maybe when I get back from my bike ride, I’ll try a blog post on that one. Journalling is a great way to connect with your inner self. Just like sometimes when I edit the show, I think, ‘Whoa, where did THAT come from?’ I’ve found journalling, especially longhand, will release some subconscious info. I’m super looking forard to hearing more about what you discover. I missed out on my flu shot this year, and so far, I’ve been good. LOL. Sending you healthy, happy vibes for the holidays. Always fits – never needs cleaning! I’m so happy you’ve stuck with me though all of these episodes and shared all of your self with me and the other BCs. You will always be welcome and always be heard. xoxoxox

Hello there gorgeous Laurie and fabulous Bcs

What a beautiful shiny big ol’ truck!!! Enjoy your new purchase as it was required and not a crazy indulgence

Love that you are still doing your podcasts, my life has a hole in it when you had your gap… Even though my gap was less than others as I was still catching up!!!

What is happening with your voice over coaching/jobs?

Dawny – I have heard flu jab can cause sniffles and bugs. Though if you are in the at risk group better than full blown flu

Take care everyone and big hugs and smoothes from chilly UK

Hi Jo, thanks for the holiday greeting for Thanksgiving and for helping me deal with my fear of new shiny trucks. 😉 As to my voice career, I’m still working with coaches and my agents to audition and to improve my craft in the voice acting world. Still haven’t cracked that tricky first paid gig though. Fingers crossed that I will some day, as I yet, again, get to experience patience. xoxoxox
