I didn't mean to snap photos of my sports bra for public viewing, but I was having such a great time looking at my crown from all angles this photo was born. After recording the show, it turned out to go really well with my topic too!

    It's time for the Brave Companions to Partay! We celebrate Compulsive Overeating Diary's one year anniversary and its 100th episode with music, good wishes, interviews and the debut of The Brave Companions' Song featuring BCs from around the world written and sung by our own BC and talented song writer, Fionna Lane. We'll feature greetings and well wishes from many BCs and reminisce about their roles in the show. We'll check out the latest versions of every regular feature we've had on Compulsive Overeating Diary, including Foolish Fun, Mark's No More Diet for Laurie Report, and Stéfanie's Secret Topic of the Day. We'll get another wonderful musical treat from Suz. We'll go together to my writing group in Burbank, CA and talk to its founder, Samantha Marquis. I'll read you the latest story I wrote there. Then on Bravery Saturday I'll take you on my voice acting adventures . We'll take a look at what it takes to polish a monolog from start to finish. We'll have interviews with my singing teacher Viki Hilferty, my voice acting coach David Babich, and my voice acting teacher and director Marc Cashman - all sharing with us what it took to make THEIR dreams a success and their advice for us on ways we can try to do the same.     I'm totally surprised when distrust bubbles up as what to let go of today. I ponder the roots of why I don't trust myself or others and how I might let down that wall. I highlight the blog of BC and Instagram buddy, Sarah Nicole Hupp, then I tell tales from Facebook welcoming new BC Mary, finding out what Suz is up to and I answer a serious question about the diagnosis of compulsive eating.   • Ep 0095 – Our 2014 Holiday Extravaganza
    Live from the Next to Upper Zen spot, I ponder letting go of 'woe' and bringing in the 'yay' just in time for our first annual Holiday Extravaganza. We get caught up with Kendra the Librarian, Hear greetings from Stéfanie from Quebec, Alen Standish, Mark, and our fake son, Steve. I have fun getting all Jib Jabbery with the holiday selfies. Suz goes on the bravery report for whipping up the courage to speak to us for the first time on Speakpipe before she plays her holiday concert piece, 'Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas' on piano. I put myself on the bravery report for daring to sing 'Winter Wonderland'. Fionna rounds out our annual concert by singing a great rendition of 'I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas' while playing the ukulele. I tell about last year's Christmas show for Daily Adventure Tales and play a bonus clip of a poem I wrote as a youth called 'Twas the Groove Before Christmas.     Taking a chance I grab my umbrella and record from the beach of Ventura in the lull of a rainstorm. I explore how assumptions can derail us from our dreams and goals. We welcome three new brave companions who step forward to share their stories. First is Fernando from Brazil who has just realized emotions play a part in his eating issues, despite feeling too skinny his entire life. Next up is Shell from Wales, who has visual as well as eating challenges and is delighted to find companions via the show. Then comes Vena from Texas who goes on the bravery report for posting her story for all to see on Day 91. Featured too are supportive welcoming comments to Vena's original post by Cheryl and Stéfanie from Quebec. Chelsea is another new BC who contacted me on Facebook and shares her blog, Random Thoughts.     Warning! Don't listen if food talk triggers you. In this 100 percent bonus episode I walk around the park sharing the raw, unvarnished method I use to legalize foods and, in the long haul, reduce my own binge eating behavior. I do this with the support of a therapist. Not recommended on your own if you have binge eating tendencies. Also, Mark and I will be gone off and on for the rest of the year, so don't worry if shows or replies have a slightly longer gap than usual.

I put myself into Foolish Fun mode by reading a short story I wrote in my writing group about an alien named Griffin who fell to Earth after disobeying his father.
