Thank you so very much Laurie. I appreciate your kindness & support. It’s definitely been a lot of crazy heading my way as of late. I’m determined to conquer it and land on my feet. I got this! I think I can!! Ugh
Between the bad news on my foot and needing to have foot surgery and the tragedy with my mom. It’s a lot
I have been as you suggested Laurie “watching what I’m eating” and am having success with it thus far. It’s been eye opening to me that I CAN have success without crazy exercise or getting/being all rigid and crazy. It is a lot in the food
I struggle really bad in that I enjoy walking and being VERY active. This foot situation has me mortified.
Again I thank you so much for your support and kind thoughts.
I’ll work on some foolish fun, I need some foolishness and fun into my life 🥰

Ah Dawny, I can’t even begin to fathom losing your mom and facing this foot issue too. I so relate to being active as a big stress reliever and positive identity – and losing this coping mechanism must be terrible. Please do lean on friends and family (like us) and try to eat so that you feel nourished and comforted vs stressed even more. Hard, but it does help. Loss can swing in waves, so be as kind to yourself as you can. I know you are strong. But your tender side might need some extra love for awhile. Xoxoxo
