I’m breathing in the fresh air and feeling grateful for this special time on the mountain experiencing the Zen-like music of the Tibetan Singing Bowls up there.

Podcast Recap

I’m inspired to appreciate all of my moments by listening to a wonderful, healing soundscape with Tibetan Singing Bowls and nature sounds by Jonathan Adams, AKA the Sonic Yogi. I love it so much, I contacted Jonathan and received his permission to feature this music in its entirety for you at the end of the show.

Masses of blue flowers along the mountain path.

The sky is blue and so are the banks of wild flowers after the rain.

Prayer Rocks stacked on a boulder among the grass.

I was pleased to see someone had been stacking prayer rocks near the bench at the Next to Upper Zen spot.

It’s been a crazy adventure in my life. Sickness with the flu. Viral influenza. My husband hospitalized. Just a lot of all the things.
I’m thankful that you share your story and give us all an outlet.
I’m working on my mental work around food/eating. I’m feeling like I’m making progress. Slow but steady and true I’ll get there
I’ve worked really hard not to eat thru my current bs

Oh Dawny, you have for sure been going through the wringer. It’s great to see you still smiling as much as you can. The mental work in life (and in our relationships with food) , is for me, everything. So even if it is baby step by baby step, progress along that line can only pay dividends in how we experience all of life. I am inspired that with all you’ve gone through, and with all of your recent avalanche of challenges, that you aren’t just throwing in the towel, but are still seeking to take care of your emotional and physical self. That is awesomely brave. Sending big hugs and love your way gal xoxoxox
