Podcast Recap

Mark and I discuss all of the crazy things that have changed since my birthday party March 9. You are invited to the FB Secret Zen Spot group. I ponder how and why chips have come back in our isolated lives. Our dance music is a wonderful Spanish guitar tune called Los Cabos by Steve Glotzer.

Thanks Laurie for your podcasts. I am in New Zealand, a compulsive overeater for 50 odd years, been up and down and all around with the weight for so long and again clambered back onto the wagon. I’ve just started listening to your talks, starting from podcast one and the relief of hearing another talk my language. So huge thanks from me. I feel able to manage again. Cheers Lynne McLeod 🌞

Hi, I have just started to listen to your podcast, on Day 6. Your request for feedback resonanted with me but I have always kept very private about my overeating and binge eating. Hidden it from friends, family and colleagues.

I have responded in public because I wanted to acknowledge your guts in going public with challenges. I too am on the other side of the world but it would seem as though our problems transcend borders.

Keep up the good work and I will keep on listening.
