    Inspired by the morning meditation Mark and I have been doing, I let go of all the conditions I place on loving myself.     Back on the mountain I ponder the amount of power I give to negative thinking and brainstorm ways to let that go. I read a recent blog post asking if you, the BCs, would like COD to continue on as a weekly show, and if you would participate.     Today is about voices - voices we share, voices we miss, voices that bring our stories to life. And sometimes, Life forces you to let go and face up to how fear of failure can rob you of opportunities. I ponder my own lifelong fear of failure through an emotional tale about my mom's passing and how that impacted my progress with voice-acting. You will hear a story my mom wrote when I was a kid that I voiced right after she passed to help with my grief and an interview we did together for an episode of Daily Adventure Tales - just so I could hear her voice once more. I'll share how my voice-acting journey is at present and a snippet from my first professional commercial demo. We will also hear the voices and stories of five BCs, Mary, Susie, Kevin from NY, Jodi from the South, and a BC who is anonymous, who used Speakpipe or called the Bravery Hotline. We'll wrap up with exciting news from our singer-songwriter in residence Fionna Lane and hear the title track from her new alum, Like a Babe.

    Love is all around at the very Top Zen place and I enjoy taking a breather after working so hard on my new show, Stories and Voice. I let go of seeing all of the world from only my POV and making assumptions based on that. We send out love and positive energy to BC Jo and we welcome new BC, Kathy.     Our Easter 'EGG-stravaganza!' First I ponder my latest tussle with diet mentality, then I share a short clip of Mark and my visit to a familiar spot. I play a snippet of my new podcast, Stories and Voice, featuring the show theme written and sung by BC Fionna, an excerpt of a cowboy story written by Mark and voiced by professional voice actor, Jacques Du Long, and part of the interesting interview I had with Jacques about his history and why he auditioned to voice Mark's story. Dawny's EGG-cellent Foolish fun wraps up our Easter visit to the Next to Top Zen place.

    Happy Valentine's Day! This bonus show is my valentine to the BCs who have listened, learned, loved and supported me and one another throughout the run of Compulsive Overeating Diary. I'll ponder letting go of my old self image and read you my latest blog post about acting bravery. You'll hear about my newest show, Stories and Voice, and how you can be brave and participate too! Our newest brave BC Heba, calls via Speakpipe to ask for support and I'll share some of the resources I sent her. I find a poem by Thomas Hardy called 'An Experience' that really speaks to me for today's edition of Laurie's Stories. And we'll finish up our Valentine treat with another song by Josh Woodward that speaks to my creative wish for all of our hearts, called 'The Dreamers'.
